Turbonegro Oct. 4th ROCKED OUR ASSES OFF!!!!

TURBONEGRO ROCKED last night in Phoenix!!!!!!!!!!!
Last Night TURBONEGRO came to town (A 2nd time in 5 years). They played The Brickhouse ( A big Venue, but the security sucked being rude frat boy assholes, making fun of the Turbo heads, and the beer...Pabst was overpriced and warm.... 3 dollars)., but the sound was AWESOME. they came out like the ROCKSTARS they really are. Think about it, they were THE only band that came out on stage. And people of all ages from 7 yr olds to 12yr olds to 20 somethings to even old Rokkers in their 30-40's (my peer group) were up front anticipating a great ROCK N'' ROLL show in the tradition of The Stooges, The Ramones, Alice Cooper, The Dictators, and The Dead Boys!!!!!!!There were lots of people (The Turbo Army ....I call them) dressed in Sailor hats (like Sailor Tom) , others like Bam from JFA and Asses of Evil (in his outrageous Euroboy glam male prostitute meets SS Comander), and many kids dressed as Hank Von Helvete. The coolest thing seeing a 7 yr. old lil' girl with Sailor Tom outfit sitting on her dad's shoulders Holding A sign up, singing all the lyrics like she's INTO them... Very Cool. THE BAND came out like the Sleaze ROCK kings they are and ROCKED our asses off (no pun intended!!!! Hank was in ALL his OTT glory wearing a Red, White, and Blue chaps and vest. with his belly showing at all times....LOL. It was fuckon' classic!!! The rest of the band dressed in their own personas. Sailor Tom is lookin very svelt and in shape. The ladies were loving him. ...and maybe some of the guys. Weird thing there is a prominent gay following...I saw at least 20 or so young guys that looked like regular short haired college students with their hands around each others shoulders or waists....kinda different, but ROCK N ROLL should never be prejudiced. Hell, Turbonegro have some gay themed lyrics...lOL. I haven't seen a BIG ROCK show since I was 12 yrs old when Motley Crue played here in '84. I felt like I was a kid pogoing in front of my ROCK HEROES. In the cwowd were Local Rock legends such as Bam from Asses of Evill and JFA, Nick & Pat from White Demons, Lucky from THE VAGABONDS, New Romantics & Slash City Daggers, Mykel (Saigon Saloon, Now in Thee Unfortunates), Notah (Thee Unfortunates, ex- The Drop Outs). It was a packed crowd (400-500), with Turboheads, pogoing, singing along, and pumping their fists in the air!!!!! The high lights were Sailor Man, Self Destucto Bust, Wasted Again, Are You Ready for some darkness, Midnight Nambla, Don't Say Muthafucker, Muthafucker, High on the Crime, Back to Dungaree High (I GOTTA HEADACHE IN MY PANTS!!!), and Sell You Body. I wish they played Humiliation Street, and I don't think I heard Get it On. Oh well. This show was FUCKIN' AWESOME!!!!If you missed it....TOO BAD!!!!!!!!The ONLY negative thing was parking 1/2 mile away and walking amongst the losers going to the Diamondback Baseball playoffs, but I was lucky to find this well lit parking lot of this old bar....it turned out to be The Ruby Room (the owners from The Emerald Lounge). The owner let me park for free and I got drunk before the show. I might to som Sleaze Rock events in the Future there. it's a great place. TURBONEGRO ROCKED US ALL LIKE ROCK N' ROLL MUTHAFUCKERS WE ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Los Turbonegro estan bien, a mi no me molesta que al cantante del grupo al que estoy viendo le mole meterse cosas por el culo.
